The Work with Families

The work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families is intense. The real work begins in infancy.

The work we do in infancy brings us closer to families and there are always ideas about "the best" way to help a baby or how much to help a baby. There are so many ideas and beliefs that communication is vital. That is what this blog is about. It is an effort to bring professionals and para-professionals together to talk about the research completed in infant/family programs and to share ideas about the work that we do.

  1. I think that infancy is the most crucial time in child's life. They need to have all the encouragement to bring about their personality. If we let infants learn and see and hear everything, they can only fully endure the best education. So many times I see no interaction with parents and they become lathargic in engaging in activity . this wil hinder the education and growth in all learning that can be Mental health is especially iomportant in infants, this is the time where they find out who they are.
